So, what is going on with the two clubs? As always, there are a number of things that I'd like you to know about. As many of you know, there have been a lot of changes in Stow's Personal Training Department. Many times when a senior manager leaves an organization, they take people with them. That's the way they build a new department. That has happened to us. However, we are taking this opportunity to inject some new talent and energy into our club and I think that you will find a lot of good things happening in the next few months. A couple of months ago we added Tammy Spear to our training department and we recently hired Amy Brogna and Cynthia Baker. In addition we are in the process of interviewing some additional people to help round out Julie Soar's staff. Look for some new programs including G-Fit our highly successful Group Training program from Tyngsboro. We think that you will like what we are doing.

There's still time to win our latest special prize

You still have time to get your name entered into the raffle of the Hot Air Balloon Ride at both clubs. Who ever wins these rides is in for a real treat. The winner will be announced right after Labor Day. One person from each club will be chosen for this special prize.

We still want you to sweat; just a little less

You asked for it and we have done it. We have installed a new dedicated air conditioning system for the Ride Studio in Stow. Now you will be able to work harder and with more comfort. Maybe the instructors will make up for the better conditions by pushing you even harder. We'll have to see.

Maybe more space coming to Stow?

A lot of people have asked; "What is going into the old bowling alley in Stow." We honestly do not know at this time. There are a lot of possibilities some of which may involve us. We are NOT moving in to the space but we may get some benefit depending on who does move there. We'll let you know as soon as we do.
